Service Description

This class incorporates traditional vinyasa flows & poses with the added benefit of light dumbbells and other props to build strength and improve cardio endurance. We will flow, sweat, and stretch to a fun playlist. All levels welcomed.


Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
