Service Description
This class will rely on the Danish/Norwegian concept of Hygge (loosely translating to “wellbeing”) with an emphasis on coziness and comfort. We will mix yin yoga, meditation, and breath with conscious gratitude, slowness, and the ability to be present and enjoy the moment. Snuggle up in the warmth of candlelight, and find your peace. Yin is a grounding practice in which poses are held for several minutes at a time with little to no movement. No muscular effort is required but some sensations will be felt as the body stretches and releases with help of props and gravity.
Cancellation Policy
To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
