Service Description

Yin-yasa is a class that begins with 30 minutes of yin yoga. Yin poses are static, grounding, and long-held (3-5 minutes or more), aimed at targeting the connective tissues to increase blood flow, improve flexibility, and more. The second half of class consists of vinyasa yoga, a breath-based practice in which we flow from one pose to another, building strength and inner heat while improving flexibility. Balance challenges, inversions, and other fun options may be given, but it is always up to the student to challenge themselves apropriately. This class is great for all levels of practitioners and especially anyone who is looking for a varied type of practice or curious about different styles of yoga!


Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
