Service Description

Yin is a grounding practice in which passive poses are held for several minutes at a time with little to no movement. No muscular effort is required but some sensations will be felt as the body stretches and releases with the help of props and gravity. Yin targets the connective tissue and helps increase flexibility & blood flow. 📲 Virtual session: You will receive a Google Meet video conferencing link in your Booking Confirmation email.
