Service Description

A calm, moving restorative class to help you gently reset and unwind after the holidays. All levels welcome. Free for members or only $5 for non-members as an offering to our local community. Option to donate to a varying charity each month.

Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and instructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event. Clients can sign up for class up to 15 min prior to start time.
