Service Description

All levels vinyasa from the comfort of your own home. Everyone is welcome and options will be given throughout. Customize the practice to fit your needs. It is recommended to bring two yoga blocks to the mat with you.

Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and instructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event. Clients can sign up for class up to 15 min prior to start time.
