Service Description

This class is designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence from the inside out. Set in a heated room (95-99°) this mat-based class combines Pilates principles with interval training to fire up your core, sculpt lean muscle, and boost your metabolism. Expect controlled movements, powerful sequences, and that signature slow burn that leaves you feeling stronger with every round. No jumping, no heavy weights—just your body, your breath, and your focus. You’ll sweat, shake, and push past your limits… and walk out feeling empowered, energized, and unstoppable. Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and instructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event. Clients can sign up for class up to 15 min prior to start time.
