Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Adirondacks and treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind experience! “Wild Tranquility” blends mindful practices, outdoor adventures, and moments of stillness to refresh your spirit and reconnect you with nature. From varied daily yoga practices and stargazing around the fire pit, to scenic hikes and exciting outings, every moment is designed to bring about a sense of connection, joy, and peace.
Each day of our four-day, three-night retreat will include one or more yoga classes led by TSY owner, Jenna, varying from calming yin and meditation to energizing vinyasa flows. We will take our practice outdoors if weather permits or flow inside the warm, spacious home at Black Dog Hill where we will be staying.
