Step into the sweetness of the season with Whispers of Lilac, a gentle, grounding ceremony honoring the Summer Solstice and a very special woman!
We’ll gather in a peaceful, private outdoor space for gentle yin yoga with Jenna, supported by the calming scent of lilac essential oil & incense, plus a live sound bath by Denise of Monarch Nature to enhance the experience.
You’ll be guided through a meditation and conclude with journal prompts, tuning into the energies of joy, growth, and intention while sipping iced herbal tea under the sun.
This ceremony is a celebration of light, memory, and renewal. A moment to connect with nature, yourself, and the season ahead. Let the whispers of lilac carry you home to yourself!
