Grab your wheel and let’s roll into the new year with Jenna & her favorite prop!
This is not your average sleepy yin class! Wheel Yin is a 60-minute slow burn designed to crack you open in the best way. We’ll hang out in long, passive yin shapes while using the yoga wheel to support, intensify, and unlock deeper layers of the body (think hips, spine, shoulders, and fascia).
The wheel becomes both a safety net and a wildcard, helping you find space where you didn’t know you had it. Expect stillness, some wobbles, new sensations, deep release, and a little bit of the unexpected.
Guided by Jenna, resident wheel expert, this class is grounding, healing, and sneakily powerful!
No experience required. Please bring or rent/purchase a yoga mat and ~13” yoga wheel.
