Unbound: 4th of July Outdoor Freedom Flow

In this open-level vinyasa class, we become unbound by rules, rigidity, and self-imposed limitations, invited to choose our own expression with each breath. An energizing playlist and accessible options will support movement that feels expansive, intuitive, and free.

The class is 60 minutes. Stick around after to rest, connect, and enjoy refreshments including herbal iced tea, fresh fruit, and more.

Bring your mat and any props you’d like. We’ll practice on the grass. Claim your spot in the sun or shade.
