About the event
Kick off this Valentine’s Day with an hour of self care on the mat!
Howard and Allison will co-teach an open-level vinyasa class that opens our hearts, brings up a little nostalgia, and invites us to have some fun! We’ll move through a dynamic vinyasa flow to a playlist of 80s & 90s love songs while tapping into feelings of love, empowerment, & community. We’ll explore a few accessible partner yoga poses (if you don’t have someone with you, we can pair you up or one of the teachers will be your partner!), but whether you join solo or as a couple, all are welcome to show up, move, & breathe together.
Tickets are $20 per person, or $30 per couple (save $10!)
