About the event
This month Howard’s turning up the heat with a summer metal vinyasa class, blending a powerful, sweaty flow with a loud, high-energy metal playlist. Expect intensity, release, and a little chaos.
In true TSY After Dark fashion, this class will be dark, a little unhinged, and most of all, fun! Come ready to move, sweat, laugh, and fully lean into the summer metal energy.
TSY After Dark is held on the first Friday of each month (usually). Each session features a dynamic flow paired with a non-traditional playlist and theme. This community offering is pay-what-you-can (free for members, with optional donations always appreciated).
Virtual option available by request, but if you’re local, trust us… you’ll want to be in the room for this one.
Please bring your own mat (rentals available) and good vibes.
