This one’s for the heartbreakers, the broken hearted, the hopeless romantics, and the elder emos screaming the lyrics in their car on their way to work.
Valentine’s Day isn’t always hearts and roses. Wear black/red or your fav emo tee and join Ashley for this moody, high-energy vinyasa flow set to a playlist of the cathartic emo songs that raised us. The ones that got us through first breakups. Let the soundtrack of your teenage angst heal new and old wounds on the mat. Whether you’re celebrating love, grieving it, or choosing yourself this season, this space is yours to come as you are and move as you need.
TSY After Dark is held on the first Friday of each month. You can expect a dynamic flow with an untraditional playlist & theme at each session. This community offering is only $5 (free for members with the option to donate).…
