Have you ever hit a specific pose and felt a sudden wave of an old emotion, or a flash of a memory you haven't thought of in years?
Our bodies are living archives. Every tight hip holds a "no" we didn't say; every open chest holds a moment of courage. In this workshop with Kelly Massaro, we aren't just practicing asanas, we’re using them as keys to unlock the stories only you can tell.
What to expect:
• Movement as Metaphor: We’ll explore how the stability of Tadasana or the surrender of Pigeon Pose mirrors the pivotal moments in your life's narrative.
• Somatic Storytelling: Use physical sensations to bypass "writer's block" and access vivid, sensory details for your memoir.
• Flow & Write: A curated sequence designed to shift your energy, followed by guided prompts to get those memories onto the page.
