Join Denise Rafkind-Moyano, Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master and owner of Monarch Nature, for an intimate and heart-centered Reiki training experience at Third Season Yoga!
The Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I class will be held on November 8th from 11:30 - 4pm, where you’ll learn the foundations and history of Reiki. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes balance, peace, and wellbeing. Reiki, meaning “universal life energy,” flows through all living things, supporting natural healing and restoring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. This class will include a guided meditation, hands-on practice, and Level 1 placement to awaken your inner healer.
