TSY returns for more fun summer flows at 27a Brewery in Lindenhurst! Breathe and move to the sounds of your favorite pop punk anthems with Ashley outside in the beer garden!
Ashley will guide an energizing, all-levels vinyasa class set to an upbeat playlist of pop punk songs from bands like All Time Low, Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Paramore, & more. Practice under the summer sun (umbrellas available), and grab a beer, cocktail, or mocktail to enjoy during or after class at your leisure. Drinking is NOT required and n/a beverages are available.
No experience needed. No judgement. Just come ready to have fun, work, stretch, sweat, and connect to likeminded memebers of the community.
