Jenna, Commander and Leader, will guide the class through a tough and powerful Vinyasa Flow. From there, Allison brings the joy and laughter through a sassy hip-shaking Buti experience. Finishing with Ashley, the toughest fighter, to find our zen and take things a little slower with a Yin cool down and rest. Here they come just in time!
