Outdoor Yoga & Reiki: Revitalizing Yin-Yasa

TSY owner, Jenna, along with special guest, Denise of Monarch Nature are uniting once again for an outdoor yoga and reiki experience in nature! Join this powerful duo for a healing experience at a NEW *private location* (address given to participants before the day of the event).

We will breathe, meditate, and practice a half-yin, half-vinyasa style yoga class on the grass, surrounded by flowers, butterflies, clouds, and the sounds of nature. While holding the yin postures with the help of blocks, each participant will receive hands-on reiki energy before we flow into the more uplifting & energizing portion of class. Class will be acompanied by the added benefits of sound healing, including tuning forks and singing bowls!

Please bring your own yoga mat or request to rent or purchase one in advance. All other props will be provided.

Class will be approximately 60 minutes, but feel free to linger and soak up the sun, journal, and enjoy some complimentary flavored water!

*In case of inclement weather, class will be moved to the studio, indoors, otherwise refunded in full. Otherwise no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason.
