Outdoor Yoga & Reiki: Grounding Restorative

TSY owner, Jenna, along with special guest, Denise of Monarch Nature are uniting once again for an outdoor yoga and reiki experience in nature! Join this powerful duo for a healing experience at a NEW *private location* (address given to participants before the day of the event).

We will breathe, meditate, and practice simple restoreative yoga postures on the grass, surrounded by flowers, butterflies, clouds, and the sounds of nature. While relaxing into the poses with the help of bolsters and blocks, each participant will receive hands-on reiki energy. Class will be acompanied by the added benefits of sound healing, including tuning forks and singing bowls!

This class is for all levels and is beginner friendly. If you cannot sit or lay comfortably on the ground, a chair will be provided by request with options for restorative chair postures. Please bring your own yoga mat or request to rent or…
