Outdoor Yoga & Reiki

Join Jenna & Denise for a post-holiday reset with a relaxing restorative yoga class accompanied by sound healing, reiki, and the sounds of nature!

On Monday, 7/8 at 12pm, we will meet at a beautiful outdoor location in Amityville (location provided to participants before the date of the event).

Jenna will guide meditative breath work, gentle stretching, and a restorative yoga practice, and 

while relaxing in the poses, Denise will provide reiki & sound healing (tuning forks) to each participant.

Class will be approximately an hour long, but feel free to stick around to journal and enjoy the scenery afterwards!

Students are asked to please bring their own yoga mat (or request in advance to rent one) and journal (optional).

All levels are welcome and benches are available for anyone who cannot be comfortable on the ground.
