Join us for a serene and soul-nourishing 2.5-hour mini retreat at the beautiful Camp Edey, a 95-acre nature preserve in Bayport. As summer turns to fall, we invite you to slow down, ground yourself in the changing season, and reconnect with what matters most—nature, community, and giving back.

Set amidst golden September light, calming lake views, and whispering pines, this special event blends movement, mindfulness, and meaning. We'll begin with a warm welcome: coffee, mimosas, croissants, and heartfelt community connections, followed by gentle breathwork and yoga to awaken the body and spirit with the rhythm of the season.
