Labor Day Beach Yoga

Join Jenna at a beautiful, private waterfront location (just a few minutes from the studio) for an energizing and playful morning Vinyasa. We’ll flow in the sand, surrounded by fresh air, the sound of birds chirping, and a view of the sun’s rays reflecting on the water.

Expect movement, breath, sweat, and good vibes while soaking up the last stretch of summer. Bring a friend and meet some new ones!

All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and water bottle.
