About the event

You don't want to miss this DOUBLE TROUBLE collaborative event with Amityville's best! Join Jenna and Danny for a half hour of bootcamp-style full body circuit training at Elements followed by a half hour of yin-style yoga stretching at TSY. No experience is required for either part and beginners are welcomed!

Very similar to how celebrity trainers get their clients in shape, we’ll perform an active warmup followed by a full body circuit to burn  calories, improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance. We will then wrap up with yoga to cool down, improve our flexibility & posture, and calm the mind.

Meet us at either studio, but we will begin over at Elements and then walk next door for the second portion. Please be sure to arrive on time (and bring a yoga mat, otherwise rent/buy). All other props will be provided.

This collaborative workshop is an awesome way to build a well-rounded routine while supporting two of Amityville's finest small businesses!

Space will be limited to 10 in order to provide personal attention to each participant. Make sure to register in advance to save your spot!

TSY monthly members and Elements existing clients receive 10% off ($27) otherwise $30 for a drop-in. Please select the correct ticket option as they will be checked and confirmed by each business prior to class.
