About the event
Join us for a relaxing 75 minutes of yin, meditation, & sound healing centered around the heart chakra (Anahata) and the energy of loving kindness.
Jenna will begin by guiding a series of heart-opening yin poses. Yin is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes with support from props, allowing the body and mind to soften and release. During this portion, Denise will offer hands-on Reiki to help clear heartache, energetic blockages, and lingering tension.
Next, you’ll rest in a healing sound bath with singing bowls and tuning forks tuned to the heart chakra. During the sound bath, Jenna will guide a metta (loving-kindness) meditation to cultivate compassion, healing, and unconditional love for yourself and others.
The combined sound and meditation will support emotional release, inner peace, and heart-centered renewal.
We’ll close with light snacks, refreshments, and optional time to journal, share, and reflect.
