About the event
Join Ana for an intentional Cacao & Sound Ceremony. The evening begins with a warming cup of cacao— a gentle plant medicine with ancestral roots in Mayan and Aztec civilizations. We'll dive into the qualities and history of this beautiful plant, and finish with an immersive shamanic sound journey to deepen your connection with Cacao and make space for inner exploration. The evening ends with a sharing circle where everyone has the space to talk about their experience.
No prior experience required. No movement, but please bring (or rent/buy) a yoga mat.
