About the event
Join TSY co-owner Howard as we jump in our Dolorean mats again, go 88 ujjayi breaths per hour, and backbend to the future! Prepare yourself for the danger zone because Third Season Yogis never say die!
Class will be a 60 minute all levels vinyasa practice held in the glow of blacklight with an emphasis on backbends. There will be plenty of twists, shouts, and turns along the way, plus 80s visuals and a soundtrack of modern covers of 80s classics!
Wear your best 80s inspired outfit and neon to glow! Extra accessories will be available at the studio to complete your look.
Class is free for members!
Stick around after for some complimentary snacks & beverages to celebrate Howard on another successful trip around the sun.
