A straight-forward no-frills yoga class geared towards runners & cyclists but open to everybody!
Service Description
This is a no-frills yoga class designed to stretch, lengthen, and improve flexibility & range of motion commonly used in running and cycling. Based in hatha and vinyasa, we will move through traditional poses and flows to get connected with our bodies before diving into some deeper stretches. Class will end with a killer ab workout to leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready for whatever your weekend holds! 📲 Virtual session: You will receive a Google Meet video conferencing link in your Booking Confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
