Join Meghan for 30 minute mindful meditations to relax and unwind after a long week!
Service Description
Learn or revisit simple techniques aimed at relaxing the mind and body in this 3-part course. Meghan will guide gentle mindfulness and meditation practies in a calming and intimate environment. Each class will cover a different technique, building on from the previous week, acompanied by gentle stretching, journaling, snacks, and tea. There will be time to share what came up during our experience with the group at the end. Week 1 (9/8): Breath as Your Anchor Please bring a yogat mat (or rent/buy) and wear comfortable clothing. No experience is required. Sign up for all 3 parts in EVENTS and save $5 for a total of $25, otherwise drop-in at $10 per class here.
