Service Description

Feel free to move your body and embrace your own independence in this fun, upbeat, all levels vinyasa flow held outdoors in a beautiful private location. Refreshments will be served. Please bring a yoga mat. *This class is FREE but donations are welcomed via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash.*

Cancellation Policy

To encourage commitment and consideration for all members and intructors, a $5 fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or event.
