About the event
Yoga for Runners is back! This time, Ashley offers a 3 week series on Sunday evenings from 4-5pm. Each session will have it's own unique focus, all designed to help you reach your full running potential through yoga. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or prepping for your first 5k, these workshops will offer practical tools to incorporate into your training routine.
Sundays from 4-5pm
Week 1 (5/17): Strength & Stability
Week 2 (5/24): Mobility
Week 3 (5/31): Recovery
Each workshop can be booked individually by selecting the ticket with the corresponding date. Discount available if you book all three workshops in advance by selecting the "full series" ticket.
