Lake & Light: A Mindful Fundraising Morning Retreat

Join Jenna and Denise for a soul-nourishing morning at Lake & Light, our 2.5-hour mini retreat curated by Monarch Nature & Third Season Yoga to support the Suffolk County Girl Scouts.

Set against the calming backdrop of historic Camp Edey, a 95-acre nature preserve in Bayport with calming lake views and forest light, this unique event invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the healing beauty of nature.

After a warm welcome with coffee, mimosas, croissants, and community, we'll begin with gentle breathwork and yoga, awaken the body and spirit with mindful movement and intention-setting, followed by a silent mindful walk to deepen your connection to nature.
