We offer a wide range of classes at TSY. We consider all of our classes to be "all-levels", meaning anyone is welcome to try any of the classes and go at their own pace. Options are given so each student can "take what they need and leave the rest".

Please pre-book your classes via our website or app (recommended). You can download our app via the link at the top of our website homepage. We recommend booking in advance as long as you know you can attend. Please try to avoid frequent cancellations as it creates difficulties on our end.

*Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes unless in the case of extenuating circumstances. You can reach out via email or text to discuss any emergencies. Rescheduling a class will not result in an additional charge.*

To book a virtual class, look for the phone icon and word "Virtual" next to the class title. Our schedule can be filtered to show only-virtual if that is helpful. Once booked, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for your reserved class. The app will also have the link available to you.

*Please note, there is a price difference between virtual and in-person sessions. It is important to book the correct class. If you book incorrectly, we will do our best to remedy the situation but can make no guarantees.*

Special events are ticketed and are generally not listed on our normal booking calendar. To sign up for a special event, pop-off, workshop, series, or retreat, pease visit the "Events" section of our app or website. Purchase your ticket there, and please remember all sales are final.

Please cancel or reschedule your reservation no less than one (ideally 2-24) hours prior to class time via the website or app under "my bookings". Late cancels and no-shows are charged an automatic $5 fee.

For non-members, if a drop-in was paid, the cost is not automatically refunded to your original form of payment. If you've made your cancellation more than two hours prior to class, you may request a refund via email or text to the business line. If you paid with a class pack, your class will be automatically credited back to your account if you are within the two hour window.

For any cancellations made outside of the two hour window, no refund or credit will be issued. To avoid losing your payment, you can choose to reschedule instead of cancelling.

Ticketed event reservations unfortunately cannot be cancelled online. Please be sure to email or text to let us know you will no longer be in attendance. Since we are a small space with frequently waitlisted events, all no-shows will be charged an additional $20 fee on top of their ticket cost. We adhere to a strict "no-refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason" policy for our ticketed events due to the degree of planning, preparation, and purchasing of supplies. Under extenuating circumstances, we will discuss a solution. Please reach out in the case of an emergency.

Classes are recurring weekly offerings and are considered part of our membership. A workshop or pop-up class is anything offered outside of our regularly scheduled hours. Some workshops may be free for our members, while others are ticketed for everyone.
