We are a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio dedicated to helping all bodies move, breathe, and connect to something deeper than just a physical workout. We offer thoughtfully curated classes for all levels, blending strength, mobility, and mindfulness with unique themes and modern twists. It is our goal that everyone who walks through the door is seen, heard, and welcomed to show up exactly as they are and leave feeling better than when they entered. No expectations and no perfection required!
The studio holds classes 7 days a week but is locked between class times.
Doors are unlocked at least 15 minutes prior the class time.
If you wish to contact us during off hours, please text or email us. We are happy to set up a time to meet in person.
The best way to contact one of the owners is to *text* the business line (516) 331-1138. Calls are screened and will not be returned without a detailed voicemail.
You can also reach us via email at info@thirdseasonyoga.com or by DM on instagram @thirdseasonyoga. We are less likely to see and respond to these messages as quickly as a text to the business line.
*Text or calls to Jenna or Howard's personal phone numbers regarding Third Season Yoga business inquiries will not be responded to.
While we love to have you a part of our community, you do not need to be a member to take class. Drop-ins are welcome. Drop-in purchase can be done through online booking or on the Third Season Yoga mobile app.
It may be helpful to note that a monthly membership will save you money if you plan to attend at least 4x/month!
No, we do not offer first class free unless you have received a valid discount code. We do however, offer a new member 2 week trial membership for $45 that includes unlimited access to any/all of our regularly scheduled classes within the two week period from date of purchase.
If you are an active member on our Monthly Membership Auto-Billing plan, you get to bring one (different) guest per week each month! That means each individual guest can attend one time per month.
To bring a guest, please use the Third Season Yoga email or business line to request a spot for your guest ahead of time. In the case of a full class, no guarantees can be made that we will have space.
If your guest is new to the studio, please have them arrive 5-10 minutes before class to fill out a contact form on our iPad.
Unfortunately we do not allow guest passes for non-mebers.
We encourage all students to bring their own yoga mats. Bringing your own mat also helps create a consistent practice environment, fostering a deeper connection with your personal journey in yoga.
However, if you forget your mat or are new to yoga and haven't yet purchased one, we do have a limited number of mats available for rent or purchase at the studio. Please inform us ahead of booking or the teacher prior to class time if you require a mat.
While you are welcome to bring your own props if you prefer, it is not necessary. We provide a full range of props, including blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows to support your practice. Towels are available for added comfort in heat-building classes.
*Our studio ensures that all equipment is sanitized and maintained for your physical safety and peace of mind.*
Depending on the class style we recommend a variety of clothing.
For warmer and active classes (Vinyasa, Warm, Power):
Comfortable, breathable, and flexible clothing that allows for a full range of motion is best. Ideal options include moisture-wicking leggings, yoga pants, athletic shorts, or sweatpants paired with a fitted top or tank that stays in place during poses. Avoid overly loose or baggy clothing as it can interfere with your practice and alignment. For your comfort, consider layers that you can easily remove and put back during active and restful potions of class. Don’t forget to choose clothes made from materials that keep you dry, such as those incorporating organic cotton or bamboo fabrics. Barefoot practice is encouraged, but if you prefer, non-slip yoga socks are welcomed.
For gentle and restful classes (Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Meditation):
We recommend comfortable and flexible attire that supports both easy movement and ease when stretching the body. Consider Yoga pants or sweat pants paired with a short or long sleeve t-shirt. Layers are recommended to find the best comfort that may be easily taken on and off. Sweatshirts and socks are welcomed.
What not to wear:
· Shoes
· Jeans
